: My Yaris gets 42 mpg on average and no problems. I have 20k miles on the car. The bad thing about the car is my wife loves it so much because it’s fun to drive, carries all her stuff, it’s zippy around town, easy to park and she looks great in it. I have to plan the time when I can use it. We are purchasing a 2009 5 door in January.
Suggested Improvements Toyota Yaris
: Cruise control is needed. I see that it is available for 09, but only in an upscale package that surpasses in my opinion economy status. It would be nice to have a manual seat adjuster and a better stereo. Often, it is hard to clearly hear music at highway speeds.
